You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services and participate in our SMS program.
Any suite rental/lease is governed by a separate written Suite Agreement. You agree to use the premises lawfully, follow building rules, and not interfere with others.
Professionals are responsible for all applicable licensing and regulatory compliance. Suite Nectar does not provide legal or regulatory advice.
Professionals operate their own independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with Suite Nectar.
By submitting an inquiry or form, you confirm the information is accurate and consent to us contacting you regarding your inquiry or tour.
If you opt in, Suite Nectar may send SMS for tour communications, customer support, operational updates, and promotions. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All website content, logos, trademarks, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Suite Nectar and may not be used without written permission.
Website information is provided for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suite Nectar disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 3 months or $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any legal action must be brought in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
