Get Your Suite License

To rent a suite at Suite Nectar, you'll need to already hold an active professional license in your discipline — whether that's cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy, tattooing, or another licensed field. Once you sign your lease, you'll also need to obtain a salon establishment license for your suite, which involves an inspection by the appropriate licensing board for your profession. It's a standard part of opening your own space, and we'll walk you through what to expect. You don't have to figure it out alone.

Is the pricing really all-inclusive? +

Yes. Your monthly rate covers your suite, utilities (electricity, water, climate control), high-speed Wi-Fi, common area access, and building amenities. No surprise bills, ever. What you sign up for is what you pay.

Can I customize my suite? +

Absolutely. Your suite is your space. You're welcome to paint, decorate, and set it up in a way that reflects your brand and style. We want your clients to walk in and immediately know they're in your world.

What if my business grows and I need more space? +

We love to see it. If you outgrow your current suite, we'll work with you to move into a larger space when one becomes available. Your growth is our goal.

How long are the leases? +

Our standard leases are one year. This gives you the stability to build your business and grow your clientele without the uncertainty of month-to-month arrangements.

Do I need a license to rent a suite? +

Yes — two things, actually. First, you'll need to already hold an active professional license in your discipline before you can rent a suite. We have two locations in the Charlotte area — South End (2250 Hawkins St.) and Matthews (7928 Council Place). Each location has its own character but the same standard of quality, amenities, and support.

3) Suite Leasing and Facility Use

4) Professional Licensing and Compliance

Professionals are responsible for all applicable licensing and regulatory compliance including North Carolina cosmetology regulations. Suite Nectar does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

5) Independent Business Status

Professionals operate their own independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with Suite Nectar.

6) Applications and Communications

By submitting an inquiry or form, you confirm the information is accurate and consent to us contacting you regarding your inquiry or tour.

7) SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in, Suite Nectar may send SMS for tour communications, customer support, operational updates, and promotions. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8) Intellectual Property
