Greetings to you all! I would love to introduce myself to you. I am Cynthia Russell, owner of Hair Architecture & Design. I’m proud to be a native of the Charlotte area, raising two awesome kids in beautiful North Carolina.
Working in the beauty industry for over 30 years has been a blessing. I have been giving the opportunity to help people look and great about themselves. Throughout my career, I have received numerous awards from companies such as Wella and Redkin. I specialize in dimensional and natural looking hair color. I have owned and operated multiple salons, traveled globally for education and lead a lead stylist in fashion shows.
One of my acknowledgements was working with Shari Braendel, author of “Good Girls Don’t have to Dress Bad”, as the featured hairstylist. Shari is a Christian Speaker (fashionmeetsfaith), Fashion Editor and Professional Image Consultant.
I specialize in designing the perfect hairstyle and color for each client on face shape, eye color and skin tone. Also, the lifestyle of each individual is very important! My passion is working with mature women, helping them find their new “fabulous 40+ style).As we women know, our hair and skin changes dramatically with the aging process.
I am also a Consultant for Rodan and Fields Anti-Aging Skincare. As a long time Client, I experienced amazing results with the anti-aging skincare Redefine. My personal results convinced me to share my secret with friends and clients. Rodan And Fields are one of the top skincare companies in the US.
